The MEF-NF beta is a maintenance update to the MEF-NF assessment (exam) and may be taken by anyone that meets the MEF-NF criteria listed on this page: https://www.mefprocert.com/mef-nf-overview.
This beta exam provides some insights into the questions of the MEF-NF exam how the exams work on MEFProCERT.com site.
There are 20 questions and the exam is expected to take 30 minutes. Pre-register now to hold your spot and you will be contacted to complete the MEF-NF Beta Registration once the exam is ready to go.
This beta exam, because its specific focused on only portion of the exam, is not scored and does not provide any credit towards past or future exams.
The process of beta testing at MEF ProCERT is a non-trivial effort required to collect psychometric information for analytical significance. It's used to build the actual assessments. Questions that are beta tested are vetted to ensure they meet certain quality benchmarks provided through a defined process. These questions are then used to create the assessments built to specific structured criteria with an appropriate spread of question difficulty, creation of a targeted mean test score, more questions are included on the assessment near the pass score if the assessment is criterion referenced, etc.
